1. Opening, brief introductions (name, affiliation)

2. Going around the circle: each participant/representative explains (SF County staff will go first – their explanation is also an update about the planning process):

• Their main goal(s) and planned activities for the Galisteo Watershed area for 2009-2010

• How they want to and/or can work with the GWP

• How the GWP can support and further their goals and activities

3. Review of our common goal(s), interests, and intentions

• Review or confirmation of the geographic focus of our area; inclusiveness; relationship to other stakeholder groups

• Who wants to be on a steering committee for further action? (who else should we approach?)

• Date and scope for a GWP Forum or other activities

4. Next steps, next meeting
